DOYA is a modern Aegean Meze + Bar restaurant, based in Wynwood, Miami.

We celebrate the Meze culture from Greece and Turkey. We also take inspiration from the greater Mediterranean region and the Middle East. We love Meze culture because it is based on the principle that food tastes better when shared. Especially when shared with people you love.

Our food is prepared in the purest way and often over wood fire and coals. We cook over live fire because it makes food taste better. Good food takes time: we prepare our bread dough two days in advance. We marinate our meats. Or as Erhan puts it: "I cook love".

We love simple, honest cooking with loud colors and big, bold flavors. We favor vegetables as much as meat and fish.

We are all about seasonality and availability; and about using the best ingredients we can get our hands on. We know that the quality of the final product can only be as good as the quality of the ingredients.
